Scope: The City of Carlsbad Police Department is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide a comprehensive Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) system and related services to support public safety operations, criminal investigations, situational awareness, and regional law enforcement collaboration. The City seeks a modern, scalable, and secure ALPR solution that may include:
