SOLICITATION IS OPEN TO ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES

All quotes need to be submitted electronically for specific Less Lethal Munitions on company letterhead stationery to the Point of Contact identified in Contract Opportunities combined synopsis/solicitation announcement by the date and time indicated. 


As part of your quote submission, you are required to include price information, DUNS number.  You are responsible for submitting your quote at the time specified. Late submissions will not be accepted.  


The vendor must be registered in SAM at the time of quote submittal to be considered for award.  Please provide the quote expiration date and best delivery schedule if awarded the contract.


All questions submitted for this solicitation must be electronically sent to the following email address: j1moreno@bop.gov   Questions received after the expiration date may be addressed at the discretion of the Contract Officer.
