Levi’s Stadium As-Needed Plumbing Supplies

Forty Niners Stadium Management Company LLC is soliciting proposals under RFP-FY26-0100 to establish a pool of qualified plumbing supply firms for Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The scope of work involves providing as-needed commercial-grade plumbing supplies, including restroom fixtures, flush valves, drainage and waste components, and backflow prevention devices to support both preventive maintenance and urgent repairs. The stadium intends to award multiple contracts to create a bench of experienced suppliers capable of handling bulk purchasing, routine replenishment, and emergency same-day requirements. The resulting agreements will have an initial three-year term with two optional one-year extensions, totaling a potential five-year duration, subject to the approval of the Santa Clara Stadium Authority budget. Selected suppliers must support electronic ordering via a Coupa-integrated punchout catalog using cXML. Proposals are due by October 20, 2026, and will be evaluated based on best value. Requirements for submission include a cost proposal, proposer certification, customer references, and a manufacturer access list. Awardees must provide a certificate of insurance within ten days of the notice of intended award.
