The estimated magnitude for this project is revised to read between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Invitation for Bid (IFB) DE-SOL-0005551. This project consists of furnishing all necessary labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment necessary in construction of the Liberty Substation Transformer replacement.
