LICENSES AND IMPLEMENTATION OF VIRTUAL MACHINE SOLUTION (NexaVM SOLUTION) WITH ONE YEAR SUPPORT

Pakistan Refinery Limited is seeking a qualified contractor for the licensing, implementation, and technical support of the NexaVM Virtual Machine solution. The project covers two primary locations: the Korangi Head Office and the Keamari Terminal. The scope of work includes a three-month implementation period, one year of license validity, and one year of 24/7 on-site technical support following the go-live date. To be eligible, bidders must be authorized NexaVM implementation and licensing partners with at least five years of experience in NexaVM services. Bids must remain valid for ninety days from the commercial bid opening. Payment terms are set at net thirty days from the submission of a complete invoice, based on actual work verified by the agency, with no advance payments permitted. All quoted rates must be inclusive of all costs, expenses, and taxes.
