The Benefits Delivery Modernization Programme at Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) has a requirement for a capability to perform managed and ongoing time shifting (time travel) during the various phases of a very complex multi benefit, multi-dimensional transformation project. The work involves replacing 150 information technology applications and requires the development, and manual and automated testing for a suite of commercial off the shelf software (COTS) products, integrated ancillary products, and mainframe systems.
