Notice of Intent to Sole Source NA-AJ5700-22-00225 Licenses to commercial real estate market research datebase access and use Solicitation Number: NA-AJ5720-22-00225 Agency: Department of Commerce Office: National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Location: Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (OCAO) Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO), Corporate Services Acquisition Division (CSAD) intends to issue a sole source contract to CoStar Realty Information, Inc., 1331 L Street, NW, Washington, DC 2005-4239 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304 (a)(1). The items being sought are two licenses/subscriptions for the web based commercial real estate market research database covering all of the United States including smaller areas outside of the major metropolitan areas. The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, and anticipates a firm-fixed purchase order with a delivery date on 07/26/2022. This notice is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations. However, offerors who believe they can meet this requirement are to submit in writing an affirmative response. All responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating the company's ability to meet the above requirements. The response must be sufficient to permit agency analysis to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirements. Failure to submit such documentation shall result in the Government proceeding as stated above. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Affirmative written responses must be received no later than 15 calendar days after publication of this synopsis.
