TEST PROGRAM FOR CERTAIN COMMERCIAL ITEMS: This requirement will be awarded using the procedures under FAR subpart 13.5, Test Program for Commercial items of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. The following simplified acquisition procedures will by utilized: quotes will be solicited and a purchase order issued to the successful vendor. Purchase order procedures will supersede any contrary procedures set forth or incorporated by reference in the RFQ.
