The Scope of Work for the Lift Station #46 Rehabilitation includes, but is not limited to:A. Discharge Piping: Replace existing discharge piping and risers.B. Wet Well Rehabilitation: Clean, repair, reline, and coat the wet well as required.C. Pumps: Remove and replace the existing pumps.D. Pump Discharge Connections: Replace pump base elbows and associated 90-degree fittings.E. Emergency Pumping: Install a new diesel-powered emergency pump, controls, and associated piping, including removal of the existing generator and associated controls.F. Valves and Above-Grade Piping: Replace existing check valves and plug valves, including associated piping, and relocate piping above grade.G. Fall Protection: Install fall protection systems and equipment in accordance with current applicable standards.H. Demolition: Remove all existing piping and associated infrastructure identified for demolition on the plans, including electrical, sanitary force main, and potable water.I. Site Access: Construct a new access driveway, including the required concrete curb cut and associated pavement/curb repairs.J. Curb and Gutter: Remove and replace affected curb and gutter.K. Site Grading: Re-grade the site and raise the lift station and surrounding area by up to approximately 1 foot from existing grade, as required.L.
