The purpose of this amendment is to respond to questions received, establish the day and time for a site visit, and
extend the response due date/time.



Question 1: Is there a current incumbent? No.
Question 2: What is the anticipated period of performance? Beginning as soon as possible, within two weeks of award.
Question 3: Are water supply hookups are available for contractor use during lift station cleaning? There is no
close hookup, the closest is over 100’ away.
Question 4: Can we setup a site visit? Yes, a site visit is available Wed, June 24 at 1PM. Meet at Engineering, Bldg 15.
