The improvements at Lift Station No. 1 include but are not limited to blasting and recoating piping and fittings, removal and replacement of all riser piping, removal of t-lock liner, one inch (1") thick concrete mortar repair on the interior of the wet well walls, blasting and recoating of wet well with 100% solids epoxy coating, removal and replacement of wet well vent, removal and replacement of three (3) submersible pumps and lift station control panel, removal and replacement of the existing three (3) swing check valves with air-cushioned check valves, relocation of the vent pipe, installation of a permanent bypass connection on the header piping, removal and replacement of the diesel generator with 24-Hour subbase fuel tank and custom sound attenuation enclosure, miscellaneous electrical improvements, and site improvements.
