This special notice is an announcement that the Program Support Center (PSC) intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to the University of Miami (FL) in support of website enhancements and a potential method to develop a statistical model to see if there's a relationship between the Heat Stress Index and variations in human mortality in various urban areas in the United States.
