ealed Bids for the construction of the Lincoln & Mayberry Roadway Improvement Project will be received, by City of Westbrook, at the office of the City Clerk, Attn Ellis Ledoux, City Hall, 2 York Street, Westbrook, Maine 04092, until 10:00 AM local time on Friday, April 18, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing: •    8,400 SY of full depth recycling with cement on Lincoln Street•    320 LF of of 12 storm drain, 205 LF of 15 storm drain, and 20 LF of 18 storm drain on Lincoln Street;•    20 EA 4-foot diameter catch basins on Lincoln Street;•    2,600 LF of 6 under drain type B, 450 LF of 12 under drain type C and 475 LF of 15 under drain type C on Lincoln Street;•    Construction of a small roundabout at the intersection of Mayberry & Lincoln Street;•    Sidewalk construction along the entire length of the South side of Lincoln Street with about 4,450 LF of straight and 490 of circular vertical granite curb type 1;Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.
