Full Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia, PA, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Order Agreement (BOA) order to provide from General Electric (GE), LM2500 Gas Turbine Change (GTC) Kit materials for installation during the Digital Fuel Control (DFC) upgrade. The proposed order is for twelve (12) LM25000 Halon Tubes, PN L69636G01, two (2) LM2500 CIP Air Hose, PN L53722P01 and four (4) Spacer, PN 9811M70P08. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1. Interested parties, however; may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 333611 with a size standard of 1500.
