Amendment 0004 is being issued to include RFI questions that were not answered in Amendment 0003, it also provides a new section of the RFP C.2.10 BPA Ordering Procedures, attached below.  A revised RFP with the new section is not being issued at this time. The due date for proposals remains the same at June 26, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

Amendment 0003 is being issued to extend the due date for proposals to June 26, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.  This amendment also provides answers to questions received to date, an updated pricing sheet, an updated Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), Attachment 4 Organizational Conflict of Interest Form, and an updated Solicitation Document. The version identifier AM0003 06 17 2026 has been added to the header of the solicitation to help contractors differentiate the updated solicitation.  Please see below for the amended Solicitation Sections:
