The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Butner, North Carolina, intends to issue a firm-fixed price, sole source purchase order to Frontier Communications Corporation, 180 S.Clifton Ave, Rochester, NY. This non-competitive action is being issued by the Federal Correctional Complex, Butner, NC for the period October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015. The Federal Correctional Complex has a need for local and long distance telephone services. The Government believes that Frontier Communications Corporation is the only vendor that will satisfy the agency requirement with continuing telephone services. This is not a request for competitive quotes. This is a sole source procurement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition (FAR 6.302-1).
