The work involves providing and maintaining telecommunications infrastructure including Long Distance Services, Commercial Subscriber Lines, SIP trunking, DID numbering, and E911 compatibility across both installations, with performance required from June 2026 through April 2027 and beyond through available options. All submissions must be submitted electronically via email to designated government point of contact emails by the revised deadline of 2:00 p.m. CDT on May 5, 2026, following a series of amendments that extended the deadline multiple times and updated key attachments including the Pricing Schedule and Performance Work Statement to correct errors and incorporate government responses.
