Lodging-in-Kind 160th Military Police Battalion

The United States Army Contracting Command – New Jersey is soliciting commercial lodging-in-kind services and meals for the 160th Military Police Battalion under solicitation W15QKN-26-Q-1BR4, Amendment 1, for a performance period from 30 May 2026 to 13 June 2026. The contractor must provide 48 rooms—two single occupancy and 46 double occupancy—for 14 nights within a 25-mile radius of the US Army Reserve Center at 222 Ausley Road, Tallahassee, Florida, along with breakfast and dinner meals for up to 130 personnel at the Reserve Center. All lodging facilities must be under one roof, non-smoking, free of pests and mold, equipped with individual climate controls and interior security locks, and located in low-crime areas with either on-site security personnel or surveillance cameras. Meals must adhere to Army Regulation 30-22 and Joint Federal Travel Regulations, with pricing capped at applicable GSA per diem rates. The contract is awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, where all technical requirements must be rated “Acceptable” for consideration, and price becomes the deciding factor among compliant offers. All proposals must be submitted via email no later than 12:00 PM EST on 21 May 2026 to Corey Woodson and copied to Scott Dern, and must include separate Technical and Price volumes with complete representations and certifications, including Unique Entity ID, CAGE code, SAM registration, and business size status. Proposals must quote all Contract Line Item Numbers in full; partial bids are rejected. Contract administration requires electronic invoicing through WAWF, with payment processed via DoDAAC W15QKN. The contractor must provide a rooming roster 48 hours prior to check-in, and the Government retains the right to conduct pre-award site visits. Compliance is mandatory with numerous Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement clauses covering cybersecurity, supply chain risk, electronic reporting, executive compensation disclosure, and prohibition on certain confidentiality agreements. The Government may cancel reservations with 48 hours’ notice, and offers must remain valid for 60 days.
