Depending on the type of form, the number of keystrokes per form can vary from 20 to 200. The logbook forms are pre-printed questionnaires which are answered by permit holders who are required to submit one or more form after each fishing trip. Completed forms are considered Confidential Data and a non-disclosure agreement between SEFSC and the vendor will be required. - Coastal Fisheries Logbook Reports - No-Fishing Reports - Discard Reporting forms - Atlantic Migratory Species Set forms for the Pelagic Longline program - Dealer Reporting forms for the Highly Migratory Species (HMS) Dealer program The contractor shall provide a separate bid each of the five programs based on the approximate number of forms estimated to be processed per month per program.
