Los Angeles Department of Water and Power - Joint Revocable Permit TR-25-69 and TR-25-70

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power has been granted two Joint Revocable Permits by the Port of Long Beach and the Port of Los Angeles to install and maintain critical infrastructure within port-controlled property. The primary permit, TR-25-69, authorizes the use of jack-and-bore technology to place, operate, and maintain an underground 34.5-kilovolt electric wireline encased in a 30-inch steel conduit approximately 50 feet long at Mile Post 21.46, with a five-year term of validity. A supplementary permit, TR-25-70, permits temporary use of land at Mile Post 21.47 as a construction laydown area to support the wireline installation, valid for one year. Both permits are contingent on final execution by the Executive Directors of both ports and are limited in scope to the specified locations and durations. The permits are subject to revocation and require compliance with port regulations and environmental standards during construction and ongoing operations.
