LSU Campus-Wide Backflow Preventer Inspection & Testing-Term Contract

Louisiana State University is soliciting bids for a campus-wide term contract to provide comprehensive inspection, testing, certification, tagging, and reporting for backflow prevention assemblies. The scope of work involves the annual performance testing of approximately 206 domestic, fire protection, and irrigation assemblies, as well as testing following repairs, replacements, or relocations. The selected supplier must provide all necessary labor, tools, and equipment to identify deficiencies such as leaks or corrosion and maintain the university's device inventory in accordance with the Louisiana State Plumbing Code and the Louisiana Administrative Code Title 51 Public Health Sanitary Code. The initial period of performance begins on the date of award and continues until June 30, 2027, with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions.
