This Sources Sought Notice is issued for market research purposes only. This is not a Request for Quote, solicitation, or promise to issue a solicitation. The Government is not requesting pricing at this time and will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with responding to this notice.


The Department of the Air Force is conducting market research to determine the availability and capability of small business concerns to perform LTV Generator Installation services for the 746th Test Squadron at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico.


The anticipated requirement includes a custom fabrication and installation of a Government-furnished generator into a Large Test Vehicle. Work includes, but may be limited to engineering/fabrication of a heavy-duty slide-out shelf, installation of a weather-resistant enclosure, modification/expansion of the existing vehicle cutout as necessary, and integration of the generator into the vehicle to restore operational capability and support long-term serviceability and maintenance access.
