(CAGE Code 0TUR1), for anthropomorphic test device (ATD) sustainment replacement parts and specialized factory calibration, sensor certification, and diagnostic services for JPATS Case-1 Lightest Occupant in Service (LOIS) and JPATS Case-6 Large Anthropomorphic Research Dummy (LARD) ATD configurations. The full requirement details and scope of work correspond to Sources Sought Notice FA910129RB003 previously posted on SAM.gov.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will consider all responses received via email no later than 10:00 AM CST on Tuesday, 10 November 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
