AMENDMENT 001
This amendment makes the following changes to the solicitation:
1. The SOW is updated with an addition as an attachment with precast concrete flush restroom specs. Vault toilets are not a part of this project.
2. The SOI is updated as an attachment to correct found descrepancies.
3. In accordance with Presidential Executive Order 14398, FAR 52.222-90 is included as an attachment and will be a part of any resulting contract.
4. Questions and Answers are posted as an attachment.
5. Site Visit attendance is posted as an attachment.
THE RESPONSE DATE IS BEING EXTENDED TO 5/8/2026, at 12:00 noon MT. All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged.
