The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is hereby soliciting information about potential sources of spaceflight-qualified cameras for planetary rover missions on the Moon. This RFI seeks information about cameras that can be delivered by December 2021 at the latest for use on a lunar rover mission. The cameras must be compact, lightweight, low power, and capable of imaging natural terrain hazards (rocks, craters, slopes, etc.). The cameras must be able to survive on a lunar rover operating at the Lunar poles for at least 120 days in both shadow and sunlight. NASA is particularly interested in camera systems with on-board buffering and image processing functions (possibly performed by an external camera controller unit) that can reduce the amount of processing required external to the camera system. These functions include implementations of auto-exposure, compression, rectification, or flat-field correction. NASA is interested in procuring anywhere from 6-10 flight units and a similar number of engineering units of the camera system. At least two different lens options are sought (a wide angle and a medium angle) for the same camera body. The notional specifications for the camera systems are provided in the attachment titled - Table 1 - Lunar Rover Camera Specifications. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and there is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals and submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred and the respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. If a solicitation is released it will be synopsized in beta.SAM.gov. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor these sites for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform some or all contract services listed above, please provide the following information to the best of your ability. Partial responses are also accepted. 1. Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, CAGE code, and size and type (large, small, women-owned) of ownership for the organization, and the number of years in business. 2. Discuss your company's ability to perform each of the services listed above. 3. If subcontracting or joint venture is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the anticipated administrative and management structure of such arrangements (if this information is known at this time). Also address what elements of work would be performed by the prime or joint venture and which elements would be performed by subcontractors. If the Government issues a Request for Proposal (RFP), the government reserves the right to restrict the procurement to small businesses. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. All responses shall be submitted to Bermuda Brittingham at contact@example.gov, no later than May 5, 2020, 4:30PM CT. Please reference 80JSC020CAMERA in any response. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html.

Venous Thrombosis (VT)
Solicitation # 80JSC026Q0014
Solicitation 80JSC026Q0014 is a combined synopsis and request for quotations issued by the NASA Johnson Space Center for a firm-fixed-price contract. The project seeks applied research and the development of current or novel approaches to surveil, reduce risk of, and prevent or treat venous thrombosis during spaceflight and exploration missions. The scope of work encompasses preflight medical screening, individual risk assessments, monitoring approaches, and both prophylactic and treatment countermeasures. Specifically excluded from this requirement are pharmaceutical treatments, AI/ML modeling, Earth-independent decision-making tools, and tissue chip or organoid pathophysiology development. The contract features a base period of performance from January 7, 2027, to September 30, 2031, with four optional years. This is a full and open competition for commercial products under NAICS code 541715. Award decisions will be based on a two-step evaluation process consisting of a compliance check followed by a trade-off analysis. Technical acceptability and past performance are weighted as significantly more important than price. Proposals must adhere to Dual-Anonymous Peer Review guidelines, separating attributable information from the technical quote. All responses must be submitted electronically by 1:00 PM CST on November 20, 2026, with technical and contractual questions due by October 30, 2026.

Solicitation # 80JSC027R0004
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Johnson Space Center is soliciting proposals under solicitation 80JSC027R0004 for the Commercial Low Earth Orbit Destination Contract. This effort seeks a Multi-Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract, utilizing a Firm-Fixed-Price structure, for the design, development, manufacture, launch, and operation of a Commercial LEO Destination System to succeed the International Space Station. The system comprises three primary components: the Crew Transportation System, the Commercial LEO Destination, and the Cargo Transportation System. Performance is measured across three capability categories ranging from one-month crew tended missions to six-month standard service missions. The contract includes a base ordering period from April 2027 through April 2035, with two subsequent option periods extending the potential performance through April 2042. Proposals are due by December 8, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time, with Volume III regarding past performance requested early on November 24, 2026. Award decisions will be based on best value, evaluating Mission Suitability, Price, and Past Performance, with Mission Suitability being the most significant technical factor. The scope of work involves rigorous certification and safety standards, including compliance with AS9100 and specific human space flight requirements. Key contractual obligations include the submission of an Organizational Conflicts of Interest plan, adherence to the Outer Space Treaty, and the procurement of specific property damage insurance for certain launch vehicle categories. Commercial Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Destination Contract (CLDC) Technical Library
Solicitation # 80JSC025_CLDC_TECH_LIBRARY
The Commercial Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Destination Contract (CLDC) Technical Library, managed by the NASA Johnson Space Center, serves as a centralized repository of technical standards, plans, and guidelines for potential offerors. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to support the development of private LEO space destinations and supporting systems as NASA prepares for the retirement of the International Space Station. The library provides a series of data drops containing both controlled and uncontrolled technical data, including standards for docking systems, payload interfaces, and crew health operations. It also outlines specific NASA center capabilities and high-value engineering products available to industry partners to reduce technical and schedule risks. It is important to note that this activity is a special notice and does not constitute a Request for Proposals, Invitation for Bid, or Request for Quotation. No proposals are to be submitted in response to this notice, and it does not represent a commitment by the government to enter into a contract. Access to export-controlled content requires the submission of a specific request form and compliance with U.S. export regulations, including the implementation of Technology Transfer Control Plans and Non-Disclosure Agreements for foreign nationals. The library is intended to keep industry updated on current NASA technical standards in anticipation of future FAR-based acquisitions.
