UW Bothell campus and UW Housing & Food Services operates multiple campus facilities equipped with Lutron lighting control systems that support essential building operations. To maintain system performance, reduce downtime, and support ongoing operational and energy efficiency needs, we are seeking qualified vendors to provide maintenance, technical support, and system optimization services across designated facilities. We need a partner capable of timely completion of scheduled services, and delivery of consistent, high-quality support to ensure system reliability with minimal downtime. Objectives: o Ensure reliable and continuous operation of Lutron lighting control systems. o Minimize system downtime through proactive maintenance and timely support. o Maintain optimal system performance and functionality across all covered facilities. o Support energy efficiency and sustainability goals through system optimization. o Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. o Provide knowledge transfer and training to UW staff for effective system use and basic troubleshooting. o Find a service provider with access to the full range of Lutron products and services.
