RFP# 1254858-BD LED Display Systems Modernization

PURPOSE: The University of Washington (“UW”) is soliciting proposals from potential vendors to provide replacement and integration of the arena’s existing video display infrastructure with a new, high-performance LED display system in the Alaska Airlines Arena at Hec Edmundson Pavilion. PREBID MEETING: The optional, pre-bid site walk will take place Tuesday, September 1st, 10:30am-12pm; meet at the Hec Edmundson loading dock located on the University of Washington campus, 3870 Montlake Blvd NE, Seattle, WA 98195. BIDDER ELIGIBILITY: This solicitation is open to those firms which satisfy the minimum qualifications stated herein and that are available for work in Washington State. Bidders must respond to all required questions and upload all requested documents in order to be considered responsive to this solicitation.
