The facility, a 3,100-square-foot light manufacturing building constructed in 1973, will operate under state and local regulatory frameworks with scheduled hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM for all licensed cannabis activities, and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM for cultivation only. Utilities including water and electricity are supplied by the City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, and sewer service is provided by the city; no infrastructure expansion is planned. The project qualifies for Class 1 and Class 32 Categorical Exemptions under the California Environmental Quality Act, confirming that the activity involves minor alterations to an existing structure on previously developed land and will not result in significant environmental impact. No contract value, pricing, payment terms, or federal acquisition clauses are applicable, as this action constitutes a state licensing decision rather than a procurement contract under federal regulations. The environmental review and approval were finalized by the Department of Cannabis Control, with Michael J. The license is valid under the authority of the Business and Professions Code Section 26012, with operations fully contained within the existing zoning and building use, and no new construction, expansion, or change in utility capacity is proposed.
