The County of Lycoming is requesting sealed bids for the Lycoming County Coroner Building. Bids shall be submitted electronically via PennBid Program by July 26, 2024, at 5:00 P.M. EST. Bids will be opened on August 1, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. EST in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Lycoming County Executive Plaza Building. This is a Multiple Prime project. Any bid submitted will be binding for 60 days after the date of the bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security shall be released to unsuccessful Bidders within 120 days after the date of bid opening. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on June 26, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. EST at project site or 3341 Wahoo Drive, Williamsport, PA 17701. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is a prerequisite for submitting a bid.
