Full Description

This notice will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract. This competitive acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. This requirement is for operations and maintenance and custodial services for the Clifford P. Hansen Federal Courthouse, located at 145 East Simpson Avenue, Jackson, Wyoming 83001-9921, beginning March 1, 2008. The Clifford P. Hansen Federal Courthouse is approximately 3,900 square feet. The contract term will include a base (12 month) period, plus four (4) 12-month option periods. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes for this project are 561720, with a size standard of $6.5 million, and 561790, with a size standard of $15 million. The technical evaluation factors, which are of equal importance, are: 1) Past Performance; and 2) Staffing Plan. The technical evaluation factors are equal to price. The Solicitation will be issued on or about December 26, 2007. Security clearances will be required for all workers. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will be furnished to all interested parties by mail.
