A solicitation will be issued on or about February 22, 2018. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract for a base and four (4) one-year option periods. VALET PARKING SERVICES DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/STATEMENT OF WORK AND REQUIREMENTS 1. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall furnish all qualified and experienced personnel, labor, supplies, materials, shipping, transportation, supervision and other non-personal services necessary to provide valet parking services for eligible beneficiaries at VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS). 2.
