The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Terre Haute, Indiana, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for the requirements of 15B41826Q00000025 for M4 Carbine Rifles FY 26. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is restricted, 100% Small Business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 332994. All quotes should include shipping costs, FOB destination. Please notate any additional Excise tax that will be assessed. **All offers shall meet "EXACT MATCH SPECIFICATION ONLY"** Any offer that does not meet "EXACT MATCH SPECIFICATION ONLY" criteria will be eliminated from the competitive range. Deliveries will be made to FCC Terre Haute’s Armory Only. Located at 4200 Bureau Road North, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802 (812) 238- 3570. The contract type is a Firm Fixed Price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be best value to the Government, with Price, Past Performance and Delivery time considered. The quote will be evaluated per FAR 12.203 and the government may then issue a purchase order (contract) that must be signed by both parties to complete contractual agreement.
