The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal is conducting market research through solicitation W912CH-26-R-0051 to evaluate industry capabilities for repairing the M4A1 Joint Chemical Agent Detector (JCAD) and the JCAD Solid Liquid Adapter (SLA), identified by NSNs 6665-01-586-8286 and 6665-01-698-5220, respectively.
