MACPAC Analysis & Management of Administrative Data

The Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC) is seeking contractors under an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide computing and data analysis services using the Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS) and other administrative data sources. The contract, identified by solicitation number 202601 and NAICS code 541720, runs from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2036, with a five-year base period and five one-year option periods. Offerors must demonstrate robust capabilities in securing, cleaning, maintaining, and analyzing complex administrative datasets, with strict adherence to federal security standards, including HIPAA compliance and isolation of MACPAC data from other contractor systems. The contractor must maintain a secured, federally-compliant data repository with 99.99% uptime and implement procedures for data transfer, storage, and documentation to ensure analytical reproducibility.
