Magnet® Redesignation Lead Consultant (RN with Magnet Program Director Experience)

The contract entails engaging a highly qualified registered nurse with direct experience as a Magnet Program Director to serve as the lead consultant for the NIH Clinical Center Nursing Department’s ANCC Magnet® Redesignation effort. The consultant will provide expert guidance across all phases of the redesignation process, including conducting comprehensive readiness assessments, developing and refining required documentation, and facilitating realistic mock site visits to ensure compliance with ANCC standards. The work is focused on preparing the nursing department to successfully attain and maintain Magnet status, a prestigious recognition of nursing excellence and organizational leadership.
