This acquisition is being issued as a service disabled veteran owned small business set aside.

A site visit will be held 27 August 2026 at 2PM CST. Site Visit Address: 81st Civil Engineering Squadron Building 4705, 508 L
Street, Keesler AFB, MS. Visitors will meet in the south parking lot. A bus will be available for visitors to travel to water tower
#8. Please contact the Contract Specialist for more information if needed.


 A base pass may be obtained from the Keesler AFB Visitor Center. To gain base access you must have a valid US
Government issued photo identification and, if driving, current vehicle registration and insurance document. A background
check will be conducted for all individuals requesting a pass. An email containing the full name (as it appears on their
identificationcard) of each attendee who needs a base pass must be sent to the Contract Specialist by 25 August at 1PM CST.


Participants may pick up their pass from the Visitors Center located at the Keesler AFB Division Street Gate as early as 6:00 AM CT, any day before the site visit is scheduled. Visitors Center hours of operation are Monday - Friday 6: 00 AM - 3:00 PM. It is highly recommended to arrive at the Visitors Center at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time of the site visit as the average wait times at the Visitors Center canrange from 45 - 90 minutes.


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number FA301026Q0033 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for repair of water tower #8.

NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
