Due to the volume of mail processed at the Regional Offices and NPC, each office is required to always have a functional mailing system which includes ongoing maintenance and support for daily operations.USCB intends to acquire the meter machines on a lease-to-own basis, though options to ether strictly lease or purchase the meter machines outright will be considered.
