The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation Fish and Wildlife Department is seeking a factory-certified marine contractor to perform a complete propulsion repower and helm system integration for a 30 foot Munson Packman landing craft. The project involves a six-phase process including the decommissioning and removal of two existing Honda BF250A outboard engines, a structural assessment of the transom, and the installation of two new Honda BF250D Drive-by-Wire outboards. The Tribe will deliver the vessel to the contractor's facility, which must provide a secure, fenced yard or indoor shop. Proposals are due by November 13, 2026, and must be submitted in PDF format.
