Sealed bids will be received online by the Borough of Spring City via PennBid until 10:00 A.M. prevailing time, Thursday, May 2, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for: CONTRACT 23123-53 MAIN STREET PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS The project consists of significant improvements to the existing Main Street Pump Station, for the Borough of Spring City, Chester County. All bid documents and details are available at no cost at PennBid. Each bid must be accompanied by certified check drawn to the order of the Borough of Spring City or a Bid Bond in favor of the Borough of Spring City in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. All contractors and sub-contractors working on this project will be required to comply with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act No. 222. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Borough of Spring City Borough Hall, 6 S.
