This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 dated March 13, 2026. This requirement is prepared in accordance with FAR Part RFO 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS Code is 238290 – Other Building Equipment Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard of $22.0M. The solicitation number is 6923G526Q0078.


**NOTE: Quoters must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing and at the time of award.
SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B –Pricing Sheet.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) has a requirement for a contractor to furnish and install a new motorized overhead door on Maintenance Base Building No. 3 at GLS Maintenance Base located at 251 Fregoe Road, Massena, NY 13662. All in exact accordance with Attachment A_Statement of Work.
CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price purchase order under FAR Part 12, subject to the availability of funds.
CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The awarded contractor shall perform installation services no more than 45 days after award.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The awarded contractor shall install the garage door at GLS Maintenance Base Building No. 3 located at 251 Fregoe Road, Massena, NY 13662.
