Maintenance of HVAC & BMS System

The U.S. Embassy in Nicosia, Cyprus, plans to issue a solicitation in June 2026 for the maintenance of its HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS). The contract will cover a base year with the possibility of four additional one-year option periods, contingent on government funding availability. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, and responsible offeror, potentially without discussions following initial proposals. All interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before submitting their quotations, as failure to comply may result in disqualification. Quotations are to be submitted both by mail and electronically to the specified contracting office, with email submissions limited to 15MB per message. A pre-proposal conference will be scheduled, with details to be provided in the solicitation.
