NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) #: 1000257549 This request for proposals addresses the Requirement of the Department of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC). DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT. Title: Maintenance services for identification-detection-access control and video surveillance systems for Indigenous Services Canada. The Corporate Security Management Directorate (CSMD) has a requirement of maintenance services to ensure the proper operation of Indigenous Services Canada’s video surveillance and intrusion detection and access control (IDAC) systems in the National Capital Region (NCR). CSMD is responsible for ensuring the security of its assets, employees and information using a Lenel OnGuard access control system (IDAC), a Genetec Omnicast video surveillance system and a Bosch Security intrusion alarm system. These physical security systems must be in constant operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. To achieve this, security system hardware and software must be serviced and maintained to manufacturers’ specifications, and repaired in the event of failure QUALIFICATION A bidder, including related entities, may submit proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP). SECURITY REQUIREMENTS This request for proposals includes security provisions. LOCATION OF WORK The National Capital Region (NCR) DURATION OF CONTRACT It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract. The initial Contract period begins on the date of contract award until September 30, 2025, plus three (3) irrevocable option periods of one year each, under the same conditions.. CONTRACT VALUE The value of the contract is estimated at $240,000.00, applicable taxes are extra. EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY Only bids that meet the mandatory requirements and obtain 80% of the maximum score will be considered for supplier selection.
