Full Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with Infogix, Incorporated, 1240 East Diehl Road, Suite 300, Naperville, Illinois 60563, to obtain annual maintenance support services on SSA's Audit Control Report (ARC) Summary Workbench site software licenses. Infogix, Incorporated is the only known source which can provide the required annual maintenance support services. Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), the Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. Interested parties that feel they can provide the required annual maintenance support services may respond by submitting their capability statement by email to Kim.Stepney@ssa.gov by 12:00 noon on June 17, 2008. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement with vendors other than Infogix, Incorporated is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received by the cutoff date (June 17, 2008), the SSA will proceed with negotiations with Infogix, Incorporated. Again, all questions and submissions in response to this notice must be submitted in writing to the e-mail address listed above. Telephone calls regarding this matter will not be accepted, nor will they be returned.
