This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR Parts 5, 14, and 19. This acquisition is a TOTAL HUBZone SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The small business size standards for this NAICS code (236210, Industrial Building Construction) is $36.5M. PSC - Z2EZ, Repair or Alteration of Other Industrial Buildings. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000. Performance period for the base only is 180 days. Period of Performance for the base and all options is 270 days.
