The contractor shall perform make-ready services to include cleaning and soft furniture shampooing, to be provided at U.S. Government-owned and -leased residences in Vienna, Austria. The Government reserves the right to award a single task order contract or to award multiple task order contracts under this solicitation. The resultant contract(s) will be firm fixed price type contract(s).
