Make Ready Cleaning Services

This solicitation, titled Make Ready Cleaning Services and identified by number 19AU9026R0003, is issued by the U.S. Embassy Vienna under the Department of State for the provision of comprehensive make-ready cleaning and related services at U.S. Government-owned and leased residences in Vienna, Austria. Deliverables are governed by detailed technical specifications, monthly reporting requirements, and compliance with U.S. Government property standards and safety protocols. Contractors must be responsible entities capable of meeting stringent personnel requirements, including submission of worker biographies, safety plans, and insurance documentation, as well as undergoing government security clearance checks within five days of award. All personnel requiring site access must provide personal identification data and comply with Department of State ID policies. The on-site manager must be fluent in English, and subcontractors require prior government approval.
