The Cityreserves the right to award contracts by category and/or line items in accordance withcurrent needs and budget availability.The initial contract shall be for a two (2) year period with provisions for three (3) additionalone-year renewal options. All pricing shall remain firm for the initial contract period.B. SPECIFICATIONSVendor's offer shall meet or exceed the required specifications/products called out herein as written. The City shall be the sole determining factor of what meets or exceeds the required specifications. Unless otherwise specified by this bid invitation document, all products offered by the Vendor shall be new; shall not be used or refurbished; shall not have been used as demonstration products, and shall not have been placed anywhere forevaluation purposes.
