Manhole Pest Control Services

The City of Phoenix, through its Water Services department, is soliciting sealed offers for Manhole Pest Control Services under solicitation number IFB-27-0400, with a response deadline of July 30, 2026. The contract will become effective upon final signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department, with commencement delayed until the later of the approved start date determined by the Phoenix City Council or the effective date. The agreement is set for a term of X years beginning on the commencement date, and may or may not include options for extension, depending on the final terms, with any extension solely at the City’s discretion.
