Manitou/GEHL — Medium-duty construction equipment

This cooperative purchasing agreement, established by Sourcewell and Manitou North America, LLC, provides governmental, education, and nonprofit entities in the United States and Canada with access to medium-duty and compact construction equipment. The contract covers a wide range of machinery, including loaders, skid steers, mini excavators, telehandlers, and soil compaction equipment, along with related attachments. The agreement was finalized following a competitive solicitation process that concluded in February 2023 and is set to expire on April 17, 2027. Under the terms of the contract, eligible participants receive a 31 percent discount off the current MSRP for various equipment models, such as compact wheeled loaders, compact tracked loaders, articulated wheeled loaders, and telescopic handlers. Additional volume discounts are available for orders of five or more machines, and specific discount rates apply to attachments. The agreement further outlines standardized terms regarding pricing, warranties, shipping, and product changes to streamline procurement for member organizations.
