ManTech special Broad Agency Announcement (sBAA): Accelerating Maritime Modernization: Innovation in Naval Manufacturing, Sustainment, and Industrial Base Capability

The Office of Naval Research is soliciting proposals under Special Broad Agency Announcement N0001426SB002 to accelerate maritime modernization through innovations in naval manufacturing, sustainment, and industrial base capability. Managed by the Navy Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) Program, this initiative focuses on improving speed, throughput, and resiliency within shipyards, maintenance depots, and supply chains to support the Golden Fleet Initiative. The program is divided into two phases, with Phase I targeting immediate high-value technological efforts. Eligible awards include 6.2 projects valued between $500,000 and $3,000,000 and 6.3 projects valued between $1,500,000 and $5,000,000, with expected periods of performance ranging from one to two years.
