The tank is the Maple Avenue 300,000 gallon elevated water storage tank that was recently renovated. All work is to be completed in strict accordance with the Drawings and Project Manual. Work is contained under a single lump sum price contract. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contracts, and to waive any informality in the bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids.
